This blog is designed for the purpose of engaging with Christians in the Clayton-Garner NC area and elsewhere who recognize and celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ's preeminence in all things (Col. 1:15-18).
The five Solas:
Sola Scriptura - Scripture Alone,
Solus Christus - Christ Alone,
Sola Gratia - Grace Alone,
Sola Fide - Faith Alone,
Soli Deo Gloria - The Glory of God Alone.
That is really good. Often it is assumed that we have to make a super technical presentation when witnessing. This example to me made two nice points- 1, the Good News is actually very simplistic and straight forward, and 2, God's Word can cast down any false logic. Interesting too that the man asked a series of questions about the other's beliefs, and the other's own responses actually showed him his condemnation. Probably a much better method than I would have thought. Thanks for sharing that. All Glory to God! tj
